In my role at AJ, I not only help clients design events and communications that drive their internal cultures and engage their employees, but play a dual-role that includes leading our own agency’s People & Culture function.
And, like many organizations out there, we’ve decided to adopt a hybrid work environment moving forward. We found over the last year that remote work wasn’t detrimental to our culture. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Our teams developed good practices and fostered new connections as we embraced technology and all it has to offer. Most importantly, we learned that our culture is driven by our shared purpose and our passion for collaboration—not our physical office environment.
Afterall, we are an agency that values in-person connections and deep relationships, something that used to happen naturally when we were all under the same roof.
